The Nine partnered up with Alabama Credit Union (ACU) to launch not one, but TWO websites this past week. ACU Auto Deals and ACU Insurance serve as microsites for the main ACU website, each offering unique services.
Alabama Credit Union Auto Deals offers excellent value on repossessed collateral currently owned by Alabama Credit Union. The vehicle is sold “as is, where is.” Alabama Credit Union seeks to sell any repossessed collateral for the maximum price available, with preferential treatment afforded to no one. You don’t even have to be an ACU member to use this resource. The process for purchasing a vehicle is to place a “bid.” If the bid is accepted, the customer has up to three business days to pay for the vehicle with certified funds or a pre-approved check. ACU also offers test drives and affordable financing for the vehicles.
The website serves as an online gallery of the current inventory.
“Our current main site did not easily accommodate the desired layout and the ease of functionality of adding multiple pictures was not available,” said Kelley Porter, Vice President of Member Experience, “so we wanted a new site that will act as a microsite to our main AlabamaCU.com that houses all of our vehicles and property for sale to the general public.”
ACU Insurance offers a full range of property and casualty insurance products to meet the needs of individuals and businesses. ACU agents are not commissioned-based employees, so clients can rest assured they are receiving the best policy for their individual situation.
