A website that turns inspiration into booked consultations.

Homestead Barndominiums has been Alabama’s original barndominium builder since 2018 — engineered-steel construction meeting custom-homebuilding craftsmanship across rural farmland, lakefront, and wooded sites statewide. They needed a website that did the work justice. Built in Caboose CMS, designed to convert curiosity into booked consultations.

Website build

From inspiration to consultation

The site walks a prospective client through the entire decision path — what a barndominium is, what Homestead specifically builds, what completed projects look like, and how to start a conversation. Each step removes friction so the right buyers show up to a consultation already half-decided.

What we shipped

  • Service pages for every offering — barndominiums, custom builds, traditional homes, commercial builds, floor plans — each with its own SEO surface area
  • A visual project gallery that lets the work speak for itself, organized by completed Alabama builds
  • Front-end performance dialed in across desktop, tablet, and mobile — including the slow, rural connections their actual customers use
  • Cognito Forms-powered consultation booking that drops leads straight onto the team’s desk, no email-tag required
