We landed there after a stretch of sustained year-over-year growth driven mostly by retainer expansion inside existing clients — not by chasing one-off projects.
What got us there.
- Specialization. We stopped trying to be a full-service agency for everyone and got specific about the clients we serve best.
- Retention over acquisition. The bulk of revenue growth came from existing clients expanding scope, not net-new logos.
- Service depth. We added paid, SEO, web, and content under one roof so clients didn't have to coordinate four vendors.
- Hiring ahead of need. Painful in the short term, but it meant we could absorb growth without the work falling apart.
What the list actually changes.
Honestly? Not much in the day-to-day. The list is a lagging indicator — it measures what already happened. The real value is internal: it gives the team a moment to look back at three years of work and see it clearly. That matters.
